Banana salted caramel thickshake
The rich caramel flavour in this shake is reminiscent of a traditional milkshake but is packed full of nourishing ingredients and contains none that take away fromyour health. The young coconut flesh is essential to the recipe as it
gives the shake its creamy taste, and the medjool dates give it the rich caramel flavour and colour. A delicious afternoon tea or snack, this shake is best served icy cold.

|1||Coconut, young, flesh and water|
|1 tbsp||Maple syrup|
|½ cup||Almonds, soaked in water for 2hours or overnight and a handful of ice|
