Orange-stuffed and chocolate-dipped fresh dates

|¾ cup||Ground almonds|
|½ cup||Icing sugar|
|1 tsp||Orange, (finely grated zest and juice)|
|1½ tsp||Orange blossom water|
|150 g||Dark chocolate|
- Remove the stones from the dates to create a space to fill. Put one almond into each date.
- Combine the ground almonds, icing sugar, zest, blossom water and juice to make a smooth paste. Put a small amount into each date.
- Melt the chocolate and cream together in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each date into the chocolate, spooning a little over then carefully remove and let cool before eating.
