|2 cups||Rolled oats, whole|
|½ cup||Greek yoghurt|
|3||Mandarins, Peeled and diced|
|1 cup||Grapes, Seedless, sliced|
|½ cup||Dates, Diced|
|½ cup||Threaded coconut, Long|
|¼ cup||Walnuts, Chopped|
|3 tbsp||Runny honey|
- Rinse oats in water, strain off then cover with 4cups of cold water and leave to soak overnght.
- In the morning, strain off excess water then mix through remaining ingredients.
