Warm Tuna and Bean Salad

|1||Canned tuna, flaked|
|1||Fresh Italian parsley|
|1 handful||Green beans|
|2||Eggs, soft boiled or poached|
- Saute red onion, garlic, flaked tuna, olives and Italian parsley in olive oil.
- Spoon over hot baby potatoes and green beans.
- Top with a soft- boiled or poached egg.
