Green Kale Smoothie
We all know how amazing green kale is for us. Considered a superfood, kale is packed with good healing properties. In this recipe, we blend it up with oranges and pineapple to give it a bit of sweetness. Talk about goodness in a cup!

|100 g||Kale, leaves|
|100 ml||Freshly squeezed orange juice|
|½ cup||Pineapple, frozen, chopped|
|2 tbsp||Greek yoghurt, heaped|
- Blend for 40 seconds.
- Best served chilled.
