Mango and cashew lassi

The cashew nuts give a subtle nutty taste and creamy texture.

|1 can||Mango, (fruit and juice)|
|1 cup||Plain unsweetened yoghurt|
|¼ tsp||Ground cardamom|
|½ cup||Cashew nuts, natural, unsalted|
Blend everything in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour into serving glasses. Serve cold.
