Manu's chocolate fig slice

|½ tsp||Vanilla essence/extract|
|4 tbsp||Cocoa powder|
|2 handfuls||Figs, soaked in brandy|
|3 handfuls||Shredded coconut|
|2 packets||Vanilla wine biscuits|
- Melt butter in a pot. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add vanilla, cocoa, figs, coconut, and eggs. Cook together in pot for 2 mins stirring constantly. Take off the heat and add 2 packets of crushed Vanilla Wine biscuits.
- Mix and press into a slice tin. If the mix is too wet add more coconut.
- Set in the fridge and ice with rich chocolate icing.
