Bananas on French toast

|2 tbsp||Buttermilk, or milk|
|1 sprinkle||Lemon, zest|
|1||Freshly ground black pepper, to season|
|2 slices||Bread, thick|
|2 tbsp||Ricotta cheese|
|1 to drizzle||Liquid honey|
- Beat egg with buttermilk. Add salt, lemon zest, and pepper.
- Soak bread in the egg and cook in a toasted sandwich maker or in a frying pan until golden.
- Place the toast on 2 plates and top with banana and ricotta. Finish with a drizzle of liquid honey and a sprinkle of fresh nutmeg.
