Banana and bacon salad

A free-from breakfast for two with no rules: adjust quantities and ingredients to suit your mood.

|1 handful||Coconut, flakes|
|1 handful||Nut, of your choice|
|½ cup||Natural yoghurt|
- Grill bacon and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut bananas, figs and avocado into chunks and arrange into 2 serving bowls.
- Add bacon and sprinkle with coconut flakes and a few nuts.
- Finish with a dollop of natural yoghurt.
