Margarita with salmon and creme fraiche on pumpernickel

Serves 6

Ingredients

¼ cup Salt
4 oz Tequila
2 oz Triple sec
2 oz Lime juice
1 Ice, (crushed)

Salmon

1 Bread, (pumpernickel, either store bought or homemade)
600 g Smoked salmon, (hot, or look for alpine salmon lime and tequila marinated salmon)
125 g Creme fraiche

Directions

  1. Salt the rim of each glass wetting the rim of each glass and sitting in a saucer of salt.
  2. Blend the ingredients and pour into glasses.
  3. Break up the salmon. Cut the pumpernickel into small squares. Top each piece with a small spoonful of creme fraiche and a piece of salmon.
