Margarita with salmon and creme fraiche on pumpernickel
|2 oz||Triple sec|
|2 oz||Lime juice|
|1||Bread, (pumpernickel, either store bought or homemade)|
|600 g||Smoked salmon, (hot, or look for alpine salmon lime and tequila marinated salmon)|
|125 g||Creme fraiche|
- Salt the rim of each glass wetting the rim of each glass and sitting in a saucer of salt.
- Blend the ingredients and pour into glasses.
- Break up the salmon. Cut the pumpernickel into small squares. Top each piece with a small spoonful of creme fraiche and a piece of salmon.
