Grape, orange and ginger gratin

|1 to grease||Butter|
|½ cup||Greek yoghurt|
|2 tsp||Oranges, finely grated zest|
|¾ cup||Brown sugar|
- Grease a shallow baking dish and arrange the grapes to fit tightly. Preheat the grill.
- Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, zest and ginger and spoon over the grapes.
- Scatter the sugar over the top and grill, while watching, until the sugar caramelises.
