Almond date shake

Dates and almonds are one of nature’s most delicious combinations and this great tasting shake incorporates both of them to produce a nutrient-rich breakfast or mid-afternoon snack.

- Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add a dash of cinnamon for a warm dessert-like flavour, or add three kale leaves (stems removed) to boost alkalinity and increase your vitamin and mineral intake for the day.
