Baked Feta with Herbs

|200 g||Feta cheese|
|4 tbsp||Extra virgin olive oil|
|1 tsp||Rosemary leave, chopped|
|1 tsp||Chopped thyme leaves|
|1||Onion, small, diced|
|1||Sundried tomatoes, diced|
- Preheat the oven to 200 degC.
- Put the feta in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, spring onion sundried tomato and black pepper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt. Serve as a nibble with crusty bread.
