Ingredients

1 Cauliflower
1 Macaroni
1 White sauce
1 Cheese
2 drops Worcestershire sauce
1 Salt
1 Bacon bits, (optional)
1 to decorate Tomato, sliced

Directions

  1. Blanch the cauliflower.
  2. Cook the macaroni in salted water until tender.
  3. Make a simple white sauce and melt a good amount of cheese into it. A little Worcestershire sauce helps boost the flavour.
  4. Sit the macaroni and cauliflower in a baking dish. Pour over the cheesy sauce and gently mix through the contents. You could add grilled bacon pieces.
  5. Decorate with some tomato slices, add a little more grated cheese to the top and bake in a moderate oven until brown and bubbling.
