Cook the macaroni in salted water until tender. Make a simple white sauce and melt a good amount of cheese into it. A little Worcestershire sauce helps boost the flavour. Sit the macaroni and cauliflower in a baking dish. Pour over the cheesy sauce and gently mix through the contents. You could add grilled bacon pieces. Decorate with some tomato slices, add a little more grated cheese to the top and bake in a moderate oven until brown and bubbling.
