Orange Fudge cake
|1 packet||Wine biscuits, 250g|
|¾ cup||Desiccated coconut|
|1||Orange, grated rind and juice|
|½ can||Condensed milk|
|100 g||Butter, softened|
|2½ cups||Icing sugar|
|1||Orange, juice of half|
- Crush biscuits and mix with coconut and orange rind.
- Melt butter and condensed milk. Add to the dry ingredients.
- Press into a greased tin and refrigerate. Ice with orange icing.
