Ingredients

1 packet Wine biscuits, 250g
¾ cup Desiccated coconut
1 Orange, grated rind and juice
125 g Butter
½ can Condensed milk

Basic Icing

100 g Butter, softened
2½ cups Icing sugar
1 Orange, juice of half

Directions

  1. Crush biscuits and mix with coconut and orange rind.
  2. Melt butter and condensed milk. Add to the dry ingredients.
  3. Press into a greased tin and refrigerate. Ice with orange icing.
