|1½ cups||Vanilla wine biscuits, crushed|
|1 tsp||Vanilla essence/extract|
|½ cup||Water, cold|
- Melt Butter, add biscuits and press into greased tin.
- Beat egg whites stiff, Add sugar gradually and beat again.
- Beat yolks and warm this mixture.
- Blend into whites and mix well. Place on top of biscuits
- When set, decorate with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
