Pears roasted with brandy, bay leaves and ginger

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 180 degC. 
  2. Place pears into roasting dish, add all other ingredients and roast for 30 minutes.
  3. Place lid on and cook for a further 15 minutes. 
  4. Serve with cream.
