Directions

  1. Boil ingredients for 40 minutes or until fruit is soft and pulpy, remove cardamom pods then pour jam into sterilised jars.

    "20.01 cups brown sugar"? As per previous comment (19 days ago!), can you please update this recipe as it sounds great and I'd love to try it!

    Feijoa and Cardamon Jam recipe says 20.01 cups of brown sugar. Could you please clarify the exact amount to use please.
