|⅓ cup||Tea, or water|
|2 punnets||Strawberries, chopped|
|1 punnet||Blackberries, small|
|1||Orange, juice of|
- Over a medium heat, dissolve ¼ cup sugar in 1 cup of tea or water.
- Add 2 punnets (300-500g) chopped strawberries and 1 small punnet of blackberries.
- 3. Add the juice of 1 orange and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes, until soft.
- Remove from heat and cool. Blend or pass through a sieve for a smooth coulis.
