Chilli chicken

Chilli mixture

| 1 tsp | Chilli powder |
| 1 tsp | Ground paprika |
| 1 tsp | Smoked paprika |
| 1 | Salt |
Chicken
| 2 cups | Panko breadcrumbs |
| 3 | Eggs, whites only, beaten |
| 1 tbsp | Water |
| 2 | Chicken breasts, skinless, boneless and cut in half lengthwise |
| 2 | Chicken legs, skinless and cut into thigh and drumstick |
Directions
For the chilli mixture
1 Mix all ingredients together.
For the chicken
1 Preheat oven to 165 degC. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2 Place panko crumbs in a bowl and add chilli mixture.
3 Whisk egg whites and water together in a bowl.
4 Dip chicken pieces in egg white mixture, then roll chicken in panko crumbs and chilli mixture. Place on prepared baking tray.
5 Bake for 30-40 minutes.
