Sausages are a great addition to this pasta in sumac cream sauce.
Merguez sausage pasta
1 packet
Ribbon pasta
1 packet
merguez sausage
1 bunch
Choy sum
1 handful
Mint leaves, chopped
Sumac cream sauce
½ cup
Yoghurt
1
Lemon, zest and juice of
1 clove
Garlic, crushed
½ tbsp
Sumac powder
1 tbsp
Olive oil
1 to taste
Salt & freshly ground pepper
Directions
Cook some ribbon pasta and roast some merguez sausages.
Slice the sausages and toss them through the hot pasta with chopped choy sum leaves and some mint leaves.
Stir through enough sumac cream sauce (see recipe below)to taste.

Mix ½ a cup of yoghurt with the zest and juice of a lemon, 1 clove of garlic crushed, ½ a Tbsp of sumac, 1 Tbsp of olive oil, and salt and freshly ground black pepper.
