sealord - Tuna, Walnut & Apple Salad

Serve this refreshing salad with a chunk of crusty French bread on the side and turn meal time into something special. Recipe by Nicola Hudson

|190 g||Sealord Tuna Sensations Lemon Pepper, (2 tins)|
|¼ cup||Walnuts, freshly toasted|
|4 cups||Rocket leaves|
|½||Red apple, finely sliced|
|4 tbsp||Balsamic vinegar|
|8 tbsp||Rice bran oil|
- Gently mix together Tuna, walnuts, rocket leaves, raisins and apple. Divide between two serving bowls.
- In a small jar mix together balsamic vinegar and oil and shake until combined. Drizzle dressing over the salads.
