Tuna, Walnut & Apple Salad

Serve this refreshing salad with a chunk of crusty French bread on the side and turn meal time into something special. Recipe by Nicola Hudson
Ingredients

| 190 g | Sealord Tuna Sensations Lemon Pepper, (2 tins) |
| ¼ cup | Walnuts, freshly toasted |
| 4 cups | Rocket leaves |
| ¼ cup | Raisins |
| ½ | Red apple, finely sliced |
| 4 tbsp | Balsamic vinegar |
| 8 tbsp | Rice bran oil |
Directions
- Gently mix together Tuna, walnuts, rocket leaves, raisins and apple. Divide between two serving bowls.
- In a small jar mix together balsamic vinegar and oil and shake until combined. Drizzle dressing over the salads.
