Tuna in Olive Oil Bake

A loaf to beat all loafs! Using Sealord Tuna in Olive Oil this vegetable and tuna creation is sure to go the distance. Recipe by Nicola Hudson
Ingredients

| 370 g | Sealord Tuna with Olive Oil, (2 tins) |
| ½ cup | Fresh herbs, chopped |
| 1 | Red onion, diced |
| 2 cups | Pumpkin, cooked, chopped |
| 2 tbsp | Plain flour |
| 4 | Eggs |
| 1 cup | Cream |
| 1 | Salt & freshly ground pepper, to season |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180degC
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Place in a greased & lined (with baking paper) loaf tin. Bake at 180degC for 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly then serve.
