sealord - Tuna in Olive Oil Bake

A loaf to beat all loafs! Using Sealord Tuna in Olive Oil this vegetable and tuna creation is sure to go the distance. Recipe by Nicola Hudson

|370 g||Sealord Tuna with Olive Oil, (2 tins)|
|½ cup||Fresh herbs, chopped|
|1||Red onion, diced|
|2 cups||Pumpkin, cooked, chopped|
|2 tbsp||Plain flour|
|1||Salt & freshly ground pepper, to season|
- Preheat oven to 180 degC
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place in a greased & lined (with baking paper) loaf tin.
- Bake at 180 degC for 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly then serve.
