Teriyaki Tuna Rice Paper Rolls

Get creative and try your hand at these delicious rice paper rolls. A great authentic asian taste and they are easier than they look to make. Makes 8. Recipe by Nicola Hudson.
Ingredients
| 190 g | Sealord Tuna Sensations Teriyaki, (2 tins) |
| 8 | Rice paper rounds |
| 1 | Carrot, sliced |
| ¼ | Telegraph cucumber, sliced |
| 1 handful | Mesclun leaves |
Directions
- Soak one rice paper sheet in a bowl of warm water until almost soft.
- Pull out of the water and lay on a clean bench.
- At the top in the centre, place three mesclun leaves, grated carrot, cucumber and 1/4 can of Tuna.
- Fold up lower half and then roll.
Repeat all of the above steps with the rest of the rice paper.
