Teriyaki Tuna Rice Paper Rolls

Serves 4

Get creative and try your hand at these delicious rice paper rolls. A great authentic asian taste and they are easier than they look to make. Makes 8. Recipe by Nicola Hudson.

Ingredients

190 g Sealord Tuna Sensations Teriyaki, (2 tins)
8 Rice paper rounds
1 Carrot, sliced
¼ Telegraph cucumber, sliced
1 handful Mesclun leaves

Directions

  1. Soak one rice paper sheet in a bowl of warm water until almost soft.
  2. Pull out of the water and lay on a clean bench. 
  3. At the top in the centre, place three mesclun leaves, grated carrot, cucumber and 1/4 can of Tuna. 
  4. Fold up lower half and then roll.

Repeat all of the above steps with the rest of the rice paper.
