Italian Tuna & Tomato Salad

This salad is healthy, easy to prepare and easy to eat.
Warning: you may want the whole bowl for yourself.
Ingredients

| 370 g | Sealord Tuna with Olive Oil |
| 500 g | Gourmet potatoes |
| 200 g | Green beans |
| 8 | Balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | Red onion |
| ½ cup | Basil leaf |
| 2 tsp | Fresh oregano |
| 1 tsp | Sea salt |
| ½ tsp | Chilli flakes |
| 100 ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 3 slices | Sour dough bread |
Directions
- Place bread slices in a 100 °C oven till dry but not browned.
- Remove from oven and cool. Break into pieces, when cool and place in a large bowl.
- Add the next 10 ingredients, including tuna and its oil and drizzle on a little extra olive oil (if desired) season and toss gently.
