Italian Tuna & Tomato Salad
( SERVES 4 )
This salad is healthy, easy to prepare and easy to eat.
Warning: you may want the whole bowl for yourself.

|370 g||Sealord Tuna with Olive Oil|
|500 g||Gourmet potatoes|
|200 g||Green beans|
|½ cup||Basil leaf|
|2 tsp||Fresh oregano|
|1 tsp||Sea salt|
|½ tsp||Chilli flakes|
|100 ml||Extra virgin olive oil|
|3 slices||Sour dough bread|
- Place bread slices in a 100 °C oven till dry but not browned.
- Remove from oven and cool. Break into pieces, when cool and place in a large bowl.
- Add the next 10 ingredients, including tuna and its oil and drizzle on a little extra olive oil (if desired) season and toss gently.
