Salmon Pasta Salad

A classic pasta salad, adding the basil pesto to the Sealord Red Salmon creates a dish which will have the family coming back for seconds.
Ingredients

| 420 g | Sealord red salmon, 2x210g tin |
| 500 g | Penne pasta |
| 1 | Red capsicum, finely sliced |
| ½ | Red onion, finely sliced |
| ½ cup | Black olives |
| 1 | Italian parsley |
| 4 tbsp | Pesto |
| 1 | Black pepper |
Directions
- Cook Pasta as per packet instructions. Combine lightly, Sealord Red Salmon, red capsicum, red onion, parsley & black olives together.
- Add pesto & toss through. Serve in pasta dishes. Grind black pepper on top for extra tang. Parmesan cheese can be used as well.
