sealord - Fish Fingers with Roasted Vegetables

Kids love them and this meal works for the adults too. A great no fuss comforting meal. Recipe by Nicola Hudson

|400 g||Sealord Classic Crumb Fish Fingers|
|500 g||Baby potatoes, roasted and sliced|
|500 g||Kumara, roasted and cut into chunks|
|1 tbsp||Olive oil|
|1 to serve||Tartare sauce|
- Pre heat oven to 200°C (190°C fan forced).
- On an oven proof dish, cook Fish Fingers according to packet instructions.
- After 5 minutes, put the left over roast potato and kumara in oven and heat through.
- Once completely cooked, serve with tartare sauce.
Cherry tomatoes and crunchy lettuce also go great with these fish fingers.
