Serve our classic crumbed hoki with mini potato bakes as a family meal, perfect for the after work dinner panic.
Ingredients

| 5 | Potatoes |
| 1 cup | Onion |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 1 cup | Cream |
| 1 cup | Grated cheese |
| 1 to taste | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
| 1 to serve | Mesclun leaves |
| 1 | Lemon |
| 480 g | Sealord Hoki Classic Crumb |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix grated potato, finely diced onion, egg, cream, salt and pepper (to taste) in a large bowl.
- Divide mixture between six greased ramekin dishes and then pour over any excess liquid. Top with grated cheese.
- Cook in oven for 30 minutes. Once cooked, serve with Hoki and mesclun salad.
