|½ cup||Rolled oats|
|¾ cup||Freshly squeezed orange juice, or mandarin juice|
|½ cup||Greek yoghurt|
- Start the night before by putting the rolled oats, juice, sultanas and salt into a bowl.
- Next morning stir in the yoghurt and enough milk to make a sloppy mixture. Eat.
