A trendy item on restaurant menus, bruschetta makes an easy, satisfying meal.

|200 g||Button mushrooms|
|1 tbsp||Wholegrain mustard, french|
|1 pinch||Garlic salt, flakes|
|2 tbsp||Fresh parsley|
|6 slices||Ciabatta bread|
- Turn on the grill/fan function in the oven. Slice the ciabatta in generous diagonal slices. Grill in the oven, turning once, until the bread is toasted. Remove from the oven and keep warm.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft and turning golden. Slice the mushrooms thinly, then add to the onion with the mustard and salt. Add the cream and cook until it has reduced to a thick consistency.
- To finish, stir in the parsley and serve hot on toasted ciabatta bread.
