  1. Combine walnuts, garlic and basil in?a food processor and process until the ingredients are very finely chopped.
    2. Add the cheeses, butter and oil and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Spoon into a clean jar, cover with olive oil and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. It keeps for up to three months.
