Pear and Walnut Salad with Toasted Sesame Dressing

The pears in this salad need to be ripe but firm; for a well-balanced lunch, add a large slice of grilled haloumi cheese.
Ingredients
4 cups
Salad leaves
1 bunch
Radishes
2
Spring onions
3
Pears
75 g
Walnuts
Toasted Sesame Dressing
¼ cup
Olive oil
2 tsp
Sesame oil
2 tsp
Cider vinegar
1½ tbsp
Soy sauce
Directions
Wash the lettuce leaves in plenty of water and dry in a salad spinner or drain well, then tear into bite-sized pieces. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. To serve, add several tablespoons of dressing and gently toss to coat.
To make the dressing, put all ingredients in a small jar and shake well.
