Made in the food processor, this is a quick and easy dip to create when guests arrive on the doorstep.

|3 tbsp||Fresh parsley|
|1 tbsp||Basil leaf|
|1 to taste||Salt|
- Place the mayonnaise in a bowl. Put the other ingredients into the food processor and pulse until they are combined but still a little chunky. Gently stir this mixture into the mayonnaise until well combined. Taste and add salt if necessary.
- Serve with blanched asparagus spears or other seasonal vegetables and potato chips.
