Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients and stir well.
  2. Serve with curries to add flavour.
  3. Note: all ingredients are available in specialist Asian supermarkets.
  4. For the coconut:1 cup fresh grated coconut (or 1 cup desiccated coconut soaked in hot water for an hour, then squeezed dry)
