Store in an airtight container in the deep freeze and use portions as required.
Ingredients

| 3 cups | Wholemeal flour |
| 3 cups | Rolled oats |
| ¾ cup | Wheatgerm |
| 1½ cups | Brown sugar |
| 400 g | Butter |
Directions
- Combine oats, wholemeal flour, wheatgerm, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Grate butter and add, mixing with your fingertips until crumbly.
- Put in an airtight container and freeze.
- To use, take out the required amount and sprinkle over fruit in a baking dish before baking.
For variation, add sultanas or chopped nuts to the topping.
