Serves 4

Ingredients

160 g Flower sprouts
1 tsp Butter
1 Garlic cloves
3 tbsp Pine nuts
1 Bacon rasher

Directions

  1. Trim the bases of the flower sprouts.
  2. Steam until just tender, about three minutes.
  3. Dice and cook bacon in the butter, until crisp. Add crushed garlic and pine nuts, cooking until nuts are lightly browned.
  4. Place flower sprouts in a serving bowl and top with the bacon mixture.
