You can't go past these for nibbles and party food. Quantities in this recipe are flexible to suit your needs.

Ingredients

1 to serve Chicken wing
1 to taste Liquid honey
1 to taste Soy sauce
1 to taste Lemon juice
1 to taste Tea
1 to taste Garlic cloves, roughly chopped

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken wings in a wet mix of liquid honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and a strong brew of tea, preferably a "smoky" one. Add some roughly chopped garlic if you like. 
  2. Place all this in a baking dish and roast in a moderate oven until the wings are cooked. 
  3. If they are still "wet" take out the wings and boil down the marinade until it becomes sticky. Pour back over the wings and serve with lots of paper napkins.
