Ingredients

1 Pineapple, thin wedges
2 to taste Passionfruits
1 Yoghurt, lime flavour
1 Mango syrup
1 garnish Fresh mint, or tropical flowers

Directions

  1. Slice thin wedges of fresh pineapple.
  2. Scoop out the flesh of passionfruit.
  3. In a tall glass stack the pineapple wedges with scoops of lime yoghurt.
  4. Pour over some mango syrup.
  5. Top with the fresh passionfruit pulp.
  6. Garnish with a tropical flower or mint.
