|255 ml||Greek yoghurt|
|350 ml||Trim milk|
|200 g||Mangoes, pulp|
|20 g||Caster sugar|
|1 tsp||Cardamom seeds, toasted and ground|
|2||Limes, zested and juiced|
- Prepare 1 cup smashed ice cubes (a pestle and mortar is good for this).
- Place all ingredients with the ice in a liquidiser and blend for four minutes.
- Serve in chilled glasses.
