Mango, coconut and passionfruit lassi
|¼ cup||Cashew nuts, roasted and salted|
- Peel the mangoes, slice off the flesh and put into a blender. Cut the top off the coconut and pour the water into the blender. Add the ice, and blend while adding enough yoghurt until you have the desired consistency.
- Pour into chilled tumblers and top with cashews and a spoonful of passionfruit. Serve with a spoon.
