Ingredients

2 Mangoes, large
1 Coconut, (drinking)
6 Ice cubes
1 Yoghurt, thick
¼ cup Cashew nuts, roasted and salted
2 Passionfruits

Directions

  1. Peel the mangoes, slice off the flesh and put into a blender. Cut the top off the coconut and pour the water into the blender. Add the ice, and blend while adding enough yoghurt until you have the desired consistency.
  2. Pour into chilled tumblers and top with cashews and a spoonful of passionfruit. Serve with a spoon.
