Bhooni Murg - spiced chicken legs

|4||Chicken legs, large skinless|
|1 tsp||Chilli powder|
|½ tsp||Garam masala|
|1 tsp||Crushed ginger|
|1 tsp||Crushed garlic|
|1 tbsp||Sea salt flakes|
|4 tbsp||Sunflower oil|
- Pre-heat oven to 175C. Line a roasting dish with foil and spray heavily with oil In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients (except oil) and marinate for 30 minutes
- Place the chicken in the roasting dish with oil, cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove the foil and brown until golden under the grill.
- Serve with banana, coconut and coriander salad.
