Field mushrooms with buffalo mozzarella

|1 tbsp||Olive oil|
|1||Smoked kelp, (seasoning)|
|1 to serve||Rocket leaves|
|1 to serve||Chervil|
- Preheat oven to 180 degC. Drain the mozzarella and leave to reach room temperature.
- Lay the mushrooms in a shallow baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle over the seasoning and bake for 20 minutes.
- Slice or tear the mozzarella. Plate the hot mushrooms alternating with the mozzarella and top with some rocket leaves and chervil.
- Eat immediately while the mushrooms are hot enough to warm the mozzarella.
