Muesli slice with goji berries

|½ cup||Berries, dried goji, roughly chopped|
|1 cup||Rolled oats|
|1 cup||Brazil nut, chopped|
|½ cup||Desiccated coconut|
|½ cup||Pumpkin seeds|
|½ cup||Sunflower seeds|
|2 cups||Plain flour|
|1||Orange, finely zested, plus juice of 2 oranges|
|½ cup||Golden syrup|
- Preheat oven to 180C. Line a 20 x 30cm slice tin with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the goji berries, sultanas, oats, nuts, coconut, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, flour and salt.
- In a saucepan, heat together the juice and zest, butter and golden syrup until melted. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Press into the lined tin and bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Slice while warm.
