Rockmelon and feta morsels 3/1/2005 Your Rating: Ratings: No ratings yet Make a Comment Add to Favourites 3 Print Ingredients ½ Rock melon 1 slice Prosciutto 100 g Sundried tomato feta + Add to shopping list Directions Remove seeds and skin from melon. Cut flesh into 3cm pieces. Place feta in a bowl and mash roughly. Cut prosciutto slices in half, lengthways. Spread one tablespoon of feta over each 6 x 24cm prosciutto or ham slice.
