Fish with mint, melon and basil salsa

|½||Rock melon, or green prince melon|
|¼ cup||Fresh mint, chopped|
|¼ cup||Fresh basil|
|4||Fish fillets, skinned and boned|
- Remove seeds from melon. Peel skin and chop melon into small cubes. Peel onion and chop finely. Place melon, onion, mint and basil in a bowl.
- Cut chilli in half and remove seeds. Chop chilli finely. Mix into melon mixture. Barbecue or grill fish until cooked. Serve with salsa.
