Roasted fruits and frozen vanilla yoghurt

Directions

To prepare Roasted fruits:

  1. Wash peaches, plums and apricots. Cut fruit in half and remove stones. Mix sugar and hot water together to create a syrup. Brush syrup over the cut surfaces of the fruit.
  2. Place fruit cut side up in a roasting dish. Grill for five to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with frozen vanilla yoghurt.

To prepare Frozen vanilla yoghurt:

  1. Mix vanilla yoghurt and essence together. Freeze in a suitable freezer container. Break up and place in a food processor. Process to a smooth consistency and refreeze.
