Coriander and chilli prawns with noodles

2 cloves garlic 1 red chilli ½ teaspoon iodised salt ¼ cup chopped fresh coriander 1 tablespoon avocado oil 300g packet frozen, cooked prawns, tails attached 1 tablespoon miso paste 125g

Directions

  1. Crush garlic, peel and chop finely. Cut chilli in half lengthways and remove seeds. Chop chilli finely.
  2. Mix garlic, chilli, salt, coriander and oil together. Add prawns to a hot frying pan and heat through. Toss garlic and chilli mixture through prawns.
  3. Three-quarter fill a large saucepan with water. Add miso paste and stir. Add noodles to boiling water.
  4. Cook for two minutes. Drain. Serve noodles in bowls with prawns.
