Spiced beef kebabs with cucumber yoghurt dressing

Directions

  1. Cut steak into 2cm cubes, removing all fat. Mix cardamom, cinnamon, garlic salt, nutmeg and cloves together. Roll meat cubes in spice mixture.
  2. Thread meat evenly on to four skewers. Brush skewers with oil. Mix yoghurt and tahini together in a small bowl. Wash cucumber and chop up finely. Mix into yoghurt mixture.
  3. Grill beef kebabs, turning often until cooked. Serve kebabs with yoghurt and tahini, seasonal greens and pita bread.
