Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Slice each chicken breast into three. Wrap a 2cm wide strip of nori around each piece of chicken, tucking ends under.
  2. Place chicken in an oven dish and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through and chicken skin is browned and crisp.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients with a whisk. Drizzle over salad greens prior to serving.
