Nori chicken rolls

Green salad with Japanese dressing
|3 handfuls||Salad greens|
|1 tbsp||Rice vinegar, or sushi vinegar|
|2 tbsp||Soy sauce|
|½ tsp||Fresh ginger, grated|
|1 tsp||Caster sugar|
|2 tbsp||Oil, corn or canola|
|1 tsp||Sesame oil|
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Slice each chicken breast into three. Wrap a 2cm wide strip of nori around each piece of chicken, tucking ends under.
- Place chicken in an oven dish and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through and chicken skin is browned and crisp.
- Mix dressing ingredients with a whisk. Drizzle over salad greens prior to serving.
