Soba noodle and shitake mushroom salad

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to packet directions. Drain. Cut mushrooms in half. Crush garlic, peel and chop finely. Heat oil in a frypan.
  2. Add garlic, mushrooms and five spice powder. Stir for two to three minutes. Cool. Mix noodles, mushrooms, sesame seeds and dressing together. Sprinkle with coriander.

To prepare the dressing:

  1. Mix chilli, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, peanut oil and lemon juice together.
